Not a nice image in its current form but having submitted a snotty nose baby in a previous round who am I to talk? I like the composition maybe something arty like getting the face flesh b&w would work but I don't think you could do that with basic editing.
Lookin' through what comments are helpful and not, this photo looks a lot better (for me) as a thumbnail .... facail hair being lost in the smaller image. |

| I think the picture is a little blurry. A macro lens may have been better to use. |
