Sometimes I think the hardest part is getting a 70mb file down to 150kb. This one took kind of a hit with the shadow detail. Not sure if I really like it either but I wanted something to enter into the contest. This was taken at Peoria State Hostpital (an insane asylum that was closed in the late 60's)in a small room of to the side in wich the door had fallen off and blocked part of the entrance.

You know how to use the angles to attract i give you that but I don't know the lighting is flat. I need to see more of your work to see where its going if your style or just boring shot but you seem to yield good focus and composition. I don't know what I called crappy if I hurt your feelings about something I don't know what it was but maybe that images was for shit.

I gave this a 7. It should have done much better, certainly better than my own (which I thought should have done better than it did...:-D). It was one of my top picks.

Very interesting- a different kind of shot- I dunno but I feel that that copper thingy isn't neccesary- that it might have been cooler if it was just those lines. Anyway, great job and great texture on the wood

I spent a good 5 min just looking at this photo. The different textures, colors, details, and layers is fantastic. Hope you do well, I give an 8

what a weird shot. Is that a baby back there ? might have been more striking in B & W.
