 Picture was originally taken using black and white setting in camera. Created 2 layers for coloring and smoothing using optikverve (copper and reminiscent). Altered transparency and kept moving the layers in priority until I obtained color i liked. Created another layer to enhance clouds. Added border to just to be dramatic. Overall, I am very pleased with the picture.
