Taken with a normal light and a lamp directed to me, this is a self portrait. I had a lot of problems to hold the radio, and i'm not totally satisfied with the result, but i'm trying with this one, so let's see.
I have to say thank you to my girlfriend, who pushed the buttom for me, and to the guy, owner of a radio workshop, who lended me this nice radio!
Once again, i had problems with light because my camera can't handle with that easily, but i think it's not OOF, despite of the speed shutter.
PP was levels, conversion to B&W, added some noise, croped, resize and save for web!

Woa! Thank you all for the votes! I'm really happy with this unexpected and great score! A new amazing PB for me!
And thanks to spiritualspatula and kirbic for the tips about noise!

Thanks for the shoutout in the photog notes there!
Great effort and you put noise to a great use here too. The close crop on the top really works well too, and helps to accentuate the sparseness of the scene- the chair and the "radiohead."
Good band too. |

This is more like it - if a tad plagiariszed. Crop is a little tight at the top but I like the grain. |

I love this concept and really dig this image. I'd love to see a version with the radio being suspended in some fashion. |

I really like how you merged man and machine. Nice processing--it works well given the somewhat antiquated boom box & record. Everything is tied together nicely. |

The graininess is distracting for me. |
