 Seeing this shot over my shoulder I was so excited I jumped out of my vehicle as fast as possible to catch it. While framing the shot there was the familiar sound of car tires on gravel. Pulling my eye away from the viewfinder I could see my Jeep driving towards me, with no one at the wheel. Wasn't there a recall for that...transmissions slipping while in park...hmmm... I had to act fast, It was quickly heading towards the cliff edge and it was way too close for comfort.
I grabbed the wheel and turned the vehicle away from the cliff, jumped in and hit the brakes and everything was good.

Using the parking brake I was able to take my time and get the most from the moment, capturing this image.

There was a spooky atmosphere to things...
Taking this photo it really felt like I was standing at the edge of the land that time forgot!

It was the most excitement I had taking a photo in a long time so I figured it was worthy to post.

i would have liked this more but for the dead tree on the left was distracting

Very nice with the subtle contrast between the shades of green. The fog in the background might help with the idea of the title, but I think I would have preferred the picture more if the hills in the distance were not obscured by it.

Nice nature shot. You can see all the shades of green. Natural light would have been a plus.

Where are the dinosaurs? Oh yeah. My own experience has shown that giant lizards are a guaranteed low score. Good thing to not follow my example.
