| From the challenge perspective, I feel this entry would fare better in the Death challenge - personally I don't get much of a sence of Life & Death. That aside, it is a good photo with a superb rendering of texture. |

| Photo illustrates the passing of life to death very well. Even the title it was given is appropriate and the absence of light creates an atmosphere of gloom. There are some blurry areas so the clarity affected. It's still a nice shot. 8 |
