As it happened, I shot the winning picture at dawn on Monday, so naturally the stamp showed it to be at sunset on Sunday, before the challenge was announced :-(
At least you have the Posthumous for this one (he doesn't care about the date stamp), and you didn't lose a ribbon, so I guess that helps?
Still a wonderful shot! |
Thanks Bear....I appreciate the kind words. |

So many great details: the motion blur of her finger, the little glasses, the position of her feet. It's a very sweet photo. Sorry to hear about the mess-up with the date stamp. :-/ |

I have another ribbon-winner but I can't resist this photo, so I'm going to give out 2 yellows. My Posthumous Yellow Ribbon for you.

Jennifer, this is so amazing. It has that Jennifer Short Magic in every way. It makes my heart feel all mushy just looking at it -- which I have enjoyed doing for what seems like forever!

This is a wonderful shot, I had little hope it would appeal enough to ribbon when I saw it, and I'm glad it finished as well as it did. |

Charming! Love the dark shadowy nature of the shot and her pose is perfect. Just charming. |

Great idea, this is just too good. Black & white was the right choice. One of the best. |
