nice photo - but the emphasis on the one locker makes it feel like it is more about one player than the team? |

The dof and perspective is good although I'd personally be tempted to crop out some of the right to get rid of the white at the bottom right and the vent in to the top right. The focus also seems to be on the lock and not the shoes, which I'm guessing are suppose to be the focal point. |
