This was one of those shots you happen to catch without meaning to. I loved the shadows and the lighting. I cropped it, added the border, boosted the saturation a tad and ran it through neat image.

What kind of glue did you use??? Very good photo, very good idea. At first, I tought that shooting that photo at an other time of the day in order to get the sun in front would have been better, BUT, after looking a little longer to it, I kind of liked the color the sun gave to the images at that specific moments. Maybe overexposing a little bit in order to get more contrast would have done the job well. Great photo anyway. Congratulations.

The orange border hurts more than it helps.

I like the color tone of this shot and the border you used.... very complimentary of each other.

The border kills this one for me too distracting. Loose it and you get a much higher score.

I really enjoyed this image. the lighting is terrific, and the ball just hanging there is awesome. It is a little under-exposed, but that fits the feeling of dusk.

There were many many basketball hoop shots - but your may be the winner. It's taken with perfect lighting, has great exposure and loads of interest. The fact that the net is missing adds another unique twist. I would, however, suggest you retire that garish orange border into the land of OZ.

Nice capture. The centered composition works nicely, but I think the orange border takes away from the shot drastically. It's a shame really. Also, did you use neat image? It seems a bit over-smoothed to me, specially on the ball.

Fantastic shot and finally someone who is able to capture rich and saturated colours. Like the square image. Good composition.

Beautiful! I like the colors, lighting, composition and overall feel. It'd be nice to see another few inches of the poll, but it's very nice nonetheless. Great job

Many people tried this. Yours is the only one I liked. It may be the great color saturation. Good job.

Very nice photo. But I believe it was Ansel Adams who said, "No good ever came from an orange boarder." ;-) Still, this is a really good shot - nice timing.
