| I rather like it. It's very anti-DPC -- hence the score. Blurry and noisy are sins here. |

| It's a very interesting shadow cast. The colour and noise fit the surveillance theme setup by the title nicely... would have liked to see more detail, but I imagine that the camera was probably at its limits taking this as is. |

| Nice shot. I took my own surveillance shot from a balcony in nyc. I did that one in purple, so I think they would go well together. :) |

| Meets the challenge, but all the things that make night photography a challenge are there - blur, noise, off white balance. |
