Challenge: Macro (Classic Editing)
Camera: Canon PowerShot S40
Location: Home
Date: Nov 8, 2002
Aperture: 3.5
ISO: 100
Shutter: 1/60
Date Uploaded: Nov 8, 2002

I went heavy on the contrast to give it the mood I wanted.
Also, I used my Canon PowerShot S45. They did not have my camera in the list, so I picked the S40, which I also have.

So sad. Almost looks battered. Could be the poster picture for battered women. Know that wasn't what you were going for. Good choice of B & W. Technically ok: cropping, focus, challenge, even see texture in face. Great 8. PTL

Not really a macro, shame because its wondefully expressive and full of interest. Ah, what the hell, I'm markin you high anyway.

This is not your typical macro, and not for the better IMO. - Inspzil

Nice portrait. The lighting with the angle seems to shrink the right side of the face a bit. DPz

the expression fits the title... I think you have a good use of black and white here
