 A statue under the marguee at the Prince Theatre in Philly. Sat on the sidewalk to take it.

Post: Camera Raw adjustments in PS Elements 6.0.
2 Crops.
Rotate 90° CCW.
Layer adjustments for levels, brightness/contrast and hue/saturation.
Adjust sharpness.
New Layer of levels and gradient map converting to BW.
Opened levels dialog and adjust RGB channels.
Flatten.
Curves adjustments to increase contrast on new layer 55% opacity.
Curves adjustment to increase highlights.
Resize. USM
