 Captured hand held in natural light and processed in Photomatix as a single image HDR. Remove color, levels, sharpen, add grain texture, spot sharpen.

Nice shot, the main problem here though is that you have a gray scale photo, but the noise is in color. I may have missed this in other photos, but in this one though, it is quite noticeable.
