Might have been a tad more interesting from the side... Also, it looks a little under exposed? Interesting worm though! |

Bleech. Certainly meets the challenge, but I am not about to go searching the DPC archives for more of these. |

Different and cool subject matter. Not sure what you can do with focus at that zoom and I would brighten up the photo as well. |

Looks more like a snap shot but seems like it would be hard to do it any other way when you are taking a picture at 400x |

*sigh* The lighting is not good enough to make me want to look at this long, but it certainly fits the challenge topic well!~ (not voting) |

The subject meets the challenge, and I'm guessing the method of capture does, too. |

It may be 400x, but it just isn't a very good photo. I'll give you back some points for uniqueness. |

This dont seem to be microscopic. The picture is too soft and flat, and i think that you could use a better light source to improve the perspective... |

Yup, have not seen a worm at 400x before (I struggle to get 5x). So, its unique which is good and whilst it might WOW a biologist it doesn't really interest me (sorry) |

hmm, what is that anyway? I found one of those in some dirt one time and took a pic of it on my finger (don't worry, I didn't post it on DPC though, so you're safe) but obviously the magnification didn't work as well as this using only my camera. nice job. |
