 HDR merge with Photomatix Basic, PaintShop Pro clarify, a bit of dodge/burn, selective saturation and sharpening, cloned out some lens flare.

Auto bracketing was used, exposure figures are for the middle exposure.

Beautiful outline in green. I like how it stands out against the oranges of the night. I also like how the semaphore mirrors the green around the building.
