 Herring season started this week.

Sushi rice (my first attempt) and herring with a mayonnaise/horseradish sauce (on the bottom).

Edited some small fish bones away

Can't say I've ever had herring as sushi. And probably never will! I'll stick with salmon and tuna... :-)
