 When my husband took me for a late afternoon drive we stopped at one of our local beaches where there is a boardwalk around the headlands. I took my camera to the beginning of the walk and looked over the railings on the boardwalk and could not believe what I saw.

All this rocks protruding out of the sand on the waters edge at low tide, forming a leading rock line into the ocean. It really just looks like a 'Skeleton Rock Formation' or ones backbone, hence the title.

I set my tripod up and took the same shot over and over again, with just the waves changing with each capture. This was my favorite, and feel it suits this challenge well.

hey shez .. sorry this didnt do better .. i've looked thru this challenge and like sandy am surprised by a lot of the scores .. its such an original and interesting photograph .. way better than 4.7
anyway .. its great that you're in the challenges again... :)xxx

Shez, it is nice to see you in the challenges again. I think you got a very undeserving score. I am noticing several that I really liked alot with surprising scores. I'm sorry! I think it is very nice.
