| I think this is quite dramatic as is, and twilight is ceratinly a good time as you get those lovely blue tones. Perhaps it would be worth using a tripod and a longer shutter to see what results you could get. |

| The beautiful colors rock this photo. They are the stars of the shot, LOL. Didn't realize the funnyness in that statement when I first typed it. Funny but true. |

| The star shape separates just enough from the dark blue background to work well. The many shapes of brighter light and scattering of other colors add a lot of interest. |
