 JR ran the relays again this year with his cubscout troop. He did 2 miles, average time per mile was 10.45. He was the lead runner this year, which made it impossible to get a picture of him actually running since he was surrounded by hundreds of adults. Last year he was the end runner and I got him crossing the finish line. But, he had a great time and he's pleased as punch with his medal.

Congratulations JR, what a tremendous achievement for you. Keep up the great work and you'll have plenty of medals to show off to the girls :) Medals and scars, chicks dig both.
