 It was fun taking pictures of this Panda. I was fortunate the Panda was outside due to the very hot weather that day. Exposure on this shot was difficult. If I focused and exposed for the eyes the white was blown out badly. Finally, I settled for a shot where you can't really see the Panda's eyes but at least the highlights are not blown. I predict about middle of the road score on this one about a 5.6-8. Processing included crop, spot removal of a spots on the Panda's head and rock. Darkened the rock, adjusted contrast, higlights and shadows, some color adjustment, USM, Neat Image, add border, change size and save for web. Thats about it.

I like the use of text and the creative approach. I'm afraid the photo seems a little soft with overexposed highlights. I think they are not totally blown out, though, and some editing tricks allowed in advanced could have saved those details.

I did a quickie edit to see, and I was able to pull in all of the fur detail on the panda's head. I saved the edit for you, if you are interested.

I have a soft spot for pandas and hi is beautiful but could be a tad sharper I feel
