This is very pretty. I love the splatter of color. It's almost as if you caught the ones in red at the bottom doing a dance.

This most definitely should have scored higher. It really is incredibly joyful and springlike, and simply wonderful to sit and look at it. Would make a wonderful print! From a technical aspect - perfect. Excellent DOF, amazing color, sweet bokeh. Really really nice. And a commenter average above an 8 (with a lot of comments!) does not indicate suckage.
