I didn't get to vote on this challenge, but I would have given this (another) 5. The point of view is unusual, which works for me. However, I can't see the multi light sources. I know they are there, but I have to work for it. In terms of creating a nice picture, I love the tones and the composition. As far as doing well at DPC - you can't make the viewer work for it. 5 seconds - that's all you have. From the time the pic loads (and sometimes not all the way) til they press the button - 5 seconds. :)
Good luck! |

Very interesting and artistic! Did you take this for "unusual viewpoint?" Hope you do well - it's an excellent example of how something out of the ordinary can be shot. |

The color is so nicely matched in the flowers, I'd like to see more of them in the frame! |

interesting perspective. i think i would like to see a little bit more of the smaller vase and flowers, although i think i see what you're doing with the composition, but just a wee bit more i think would strengthen the shot. |
