One of my favorite tilt shift photos from this challenge. Looking at the overall challenge, the voters didn't think to highly of this technique.

I looked up the word literal in the dictionary but all I found was a photo of the DPC voting mass. 'Nuff said.

Apparently a lot of voters don't include this type of shot in the category of "miniature" -- in this case, I'd suggest even more blurring towards the top and bottom regions to make the effect even more pronounced. Your composition and subjects are fine.
