Dang, she's gorgeous!!! (And I'm not her mother so that's an unbiased opinion.) I don't mind her arm cut off at all; as for texture on the background, a textured background rather than a wrinkled one might be more please, or a VERY wrinkled one so it's obvious it's intentional, maybe. Great eyes, great pose, great look, and it ended up much better than a 5.3. |

OK Lydia, I've put an iron in the mail! The voters have spoken...no wrinkled backgrounds! ;) With that said, it's clear that the repetition of the comment suggests that a glamour portrait calls for an unwrinkled background. But, I agree with Ken, I didn't even notice the background, as I thought it was intentional. |

I'm not sure I am a fan of the wrinkles but like Art said, she is truly a beautiful young lady! I think you did a great job with the lighting. What a wonderful photo. She looks very comfortable in front of the camera. Great shot Lydia :) |

a few minor issues with the photo, but I think her beauty overwhelms all the little nitpicks. :) |

Too simple. A pair of long opera gloves, or even just a pearl necklace would have really made this shot work. The crumpled background also works against the idea of glamour by being too relaxed. Overall, the lighting is nice, but there is a blotchy unevenness on her face, especially around the eyes, which seem to sink in a bit of shadow. |

Good pose for the model. The lighting works here. My only nit-pik is the wrinkled backdrop. Taking the time to steam out the wrinkles would have helped up your score. |

She's lovely. Wish the background wasn't so close and so wrinkled. |

lovely capture of her eyes - the combination of her dress and the sweep of her hair speak glamour to me - i think an ironing of the background might be in order! 8 |

Lovely model, but the flat lighting and rumpled background bother me |

Like the model, the lighting, the focus and her intensity. Not liking the wrinkled background. Nice B/W conversion BTW. Good luck. |

The shadow (and white spot) in her arm pit plus the shadow in her cleavage are a bit distracting. The eyes and the streak in her hair are terrific. |
