Apology for my previous comment,
Now regarding this image, there are many elements that stopping this picture from reaching its potentials,
1- Dead center, you can goggle rule of third.
2- Very low resolution.
3- The lighting is very weird to me, there is light but it is not balanced at all, like if this picture was captured from a T.V or a very low resolution camera like a cell phone.
Not sure how to improve this image honestly, I'd try something else.

| It's a great pose which creates lots of nice triangular shapes. But the noise is terrible. |

I don't see how this fits the motivational challenge poster subject. In no way does this look like a poster, or a shot that would be on a motivational poster.............Sorry but DNMC

| Consider this as you were writting a motivational letter and following certain rules: there is a lack of border/frame, no text in the photo and no inspiring sentence, and the quality of the photo it's not so good ( alittle bit grainy) The only good thing in this photo is your subject |
