 I surprised my dad at the redlight. I was driving behind him, he got in the turn lane and I went straight. I took the picture when I was riding by. I was amazed. Flash was on. 9:56pm.

I hope you get the score you are trying to achieve, this is a little different than I expected to see in this competition.

It's hard to get a good solid shot in the dark like this. I think you did well under the lighting circumstances. I'd rotate the image a little to make the car more level.
