 This has hours of editing and I couldn't begin to tell you but I do know that I used one of pixelpig's and one of cgino's textures and lots of brushes. If you are registered with Adobe with any Photoshop version, you can download brushes there for free. I found sea creatures, bubbles and all sorts of stuff.

This is magical! I love the subtlety of the little sea creatures and bubbles and how the pink pops out of the blue, I'll have to check out those brushes myself...

It's like it's emerging from the depths, headed toward the light. I like all the detail in this - the plants, the waterjelly, the softness. Well worth your hours of editing!
