This was from a work photo shoot I did. It was a concert of one of the top jazz bands in Peru. Jazz is not even a kind of music I truly appreciate, but omg, they were AWESOME! Anyway, I kinda think the grungy look suits him.

I used:
krnodil's scratches

and a light graffiti :)

Really professional looking. Appropriate post processing for subject. I can hear the jazz as I view the image.

this is totally weird ..
i put a comment on this and just came back to have another look .. and my comment is gone .. did i even post it ?? ... am i going mad ??..
i'm sure you'd know that if you want to change your photograph you only have to edit it and browse for the new version to update it .. of course you'd know that .. so therefore i must be going mad .. !!
oh well .. i'll try again ..
i think i said something along the lines that i really love this .!!.
i love his expression and the fact that you've captured so well the musician transported by the sounds he's making .. after saying that i think i'd love to hear them too ..
its a brilliant photograph sandy and your overlays are excellent .. :)
ps .. is that a double bass or a very large cello .!!??. i'm so out'v the loupe that i've forgotten .. my mum used to play the cello ..
looking at this again it seems he's not actually playing the instrument .. maybe he's just singing at the moment or listening to the sounds of the other band members .. wotever .. i just love his enthralled expression . :)
if i come back and find this comment gone i'll get greg to phone the nearest clinic for ppl with faulty brains .. !!..:)
