not sure if it meets the challenge rules or spirit, but have you thought of burning on a reflection of the sign on the building to make people do a double-take on the their percieved size of the sign? might be fun.

Excellent image. Good perspective and interesting idea. You might try a little burning in and/or brightness/contrast on just the clouds to bring out a little more detail in them.
