Oh, Lisa. ..I just love your take on the world. You "see" it so playfully and simply, like from an era long ago. The texture here works beautifully to add that "era long ago" effect. I love it!

It's so interesting because my sister did an expose on her photo a day for her South Pasadena California blog, and she too spoke of shadows and how her photography teacher in high school said if you are bored with a subject, just look at its shadow. This is really fascinating and if you move the screen so that is all you can see, it's actually nothing like what you see above that is the "real" subject. Wonderful, Lisa. |

Bizarre. Even more so if you rotate it 90 degrees clockwise. The color and crop is perfect. |

I really like this although I think i would like it better with the climbing frame cropped out. (the metal part that is not the shadow)
I reminds me of something but I can't quite figure out what just yet... I'll come back
