‘Jack Snipe’ is an intermediate-size daffodil, standing only 8 to 10 inches tall, and is perfect for a rock garden or the front of a flower border. This whole division of daffodils is becoming more popular not only because it tolerates some shade but also because the shape of the flower is so handsome.

Note the petals are spaced further apart than other daffy's...

Beautiful find with the spider. Unusual looking daffy. I didn't know they came in different heights.

Nicely done I think the saturation could have been increased a little bit.JMO!
The spider waiting for lunch is a bonus.

I'm beginning to worry about my monitor calibrations; though the white looks fine to me, the proximal yellow part does look blown.

Very nice flower image though.

Oh Jane , this is so pretty ! I like the visitor too but the lighting is so good -nothing "blown"- very fine work with this beauty !!!

This is beautiful. The little spider makes the picture. It's amazing how often little spiders live in daffodils!
