| Great portrait. Not sure if I like the hair in front of her right eye though but I'm sure you intended such. I'm sure she will like it as she is a pretty girl probably in any setting. Great pp on the skin, if you did any? Natural. |

| A good solid image that is crisp, sharp and properly framed and composed - a technical success in every way. From an artistic standpoint, this style of close up portrait requires concentration and attention to detail and in this area, it has a rather significant flaw - the white shining through the hair on the right is a distraction and impacts the image negatively. If this issue had been seen when composing, it most likely would have been corrected making it a huge success. As it is, is has significant impact with excellant detail and highlight control - something not every photographer can properly capture and with the one issue corrected, it would have been perfect. A very good entry into the challenge and worthy of top fifteen placement and potentially a top ten. |
