 selected the back ground and did a slight gausian blur, saturated colors, lightened the floating dead tree, and darkened the the water in the foreground

Floating dead tree definitely counts! I very much like the softness of the water, light, and even the reflection vs. the sharpness of the wood. Good shot. 8
