 In a fir plantation, interesting place for that effect, very dark, many trunks and contrasting light outside.
No postprocessing at all, except rotate and crop slightly.

Thanks to all for your comments, for the 5 fav's and 1 wish list. I'm particularly flattered to be compared with ursula, someone I deeply admire.

I couldn't hope a better score with an abstract image in a tree challenge - a lot of 9 and 10's, but also much 1 and 2's...

For Yo_Spiff: absolutely not processed, this could enter a basic or even minimal editing challenge. Motion blur indeed, a fast camera's rotation @1/15 sec., trying to rotate it vertically only.
1/15 sec provides better results than 1/8 sec, a long focal length seems better too.
This is finally captured in a very dark wood, what provides that kind of 3D effect.

I'm not surprised to see this where it is. I am surprised to learn there was little PP involved. It sure looks like it was heavily processed. Motion blur, I suppose? Still very cool looking.
