great shot jaime .. it looks almost like your dog has morphed into a bird .. dont know why i even thought that .. maybe i'm going silly .. or sillier .. particularly love the way the bird is nearly horizontal but not quite and stands out so well against that green background .. :) ...

Beautiful detail and color on the heron. Background looks somewhat more uniform in color than I would expect, but it does make a nice foil for the bird.
