 Taken on our annual meeting with our sheep breeders. At work is an Australian Kelpie, herding the very rare Dutch breed of Schoonebeekers.

Being a lover of herding dogs and owning several Border Collies, there is a certain appreciation for this kind of image. While a great image, it's from the wrong side - most of the fun of watching sheep dogs is "the eye" that is their main tool of choice when moving sheep. Nicely detailed image and terrific color control. Originally a 7, it's been rerated an 8 because of it's technical success.
