 I was thinking of skipping this competition. Then, as I was preparing dinner one evening, the compost pail on my kitchen counter was full and ready to be taken out...I figured why not shoot a few quick shots first. It's not often I take pictures of what most people term "garbage." Well, here it is! Not much post processing...just added a border, sized, sharpened and saved for web.

nice use of colours, but i would have use a black background, because it is a bit distracting, but other than that, it's a nice shot,
