| A child being a child is always a good choice for a candid moment as children are easy subjects. In this case, the candid moment is a very good capture in terms of action and "the moment". Every technical issue appears to be well controlled. From an artistic standpoint, it lacks impact meaning that it has more interest as a very good snapshot rather than a thoughtful portrait. Having said that, this reviewer on third review, believes that the very nature of candid means being of the moment and this image is of the moment - thus a rerate from a 7 to an 8. A good solid entry into the challenge and a view into an everyday moment. |
