your subject is not clearly defined and simplified, my eyes wonder around the photo instead of pulling my eyes to what you are wanting me to look at, I notice the lady standing on the dock.

A sad end for a once grand old boat and that is not quite right. A good solid entry into the challenge it might have been improved by a little closer look eliminating some of the background and concentrating on the boat itself. Well done.
