I think a black and white effect on this image would clearify the nightmare theme a bit better.

Not so much a nightmare as it is laugh out loud funny. A great image and not so scary or nightmarish. It would appear that the horse is having a bit of fun with the author. A great image.

Sorry, but even though the horse is crazy looking, he is much more funny than scary. I wish the focus were on his teeth and snout, but I do like the wide angle.
