 I saw this venerable gentleman solving a crossword puzzle in front of his booth in the fleamarket as he waited for some customers.
Levels, slight shadows and highlights, crop, sharpen.

Haha I like this guy... somehow I wish the shoes and other parts of the image were blurry to draw just a little more attention to the man but great as it is

What a wonderfully interesting photo. The subject intrigues me - smartly dressed, with his kindly looking face, apparently completing a newspaper crossword, and somewhat strangely, with a tape measure hanging down inside his jacket. The cornucopia of items suggest this is a second-hand store - so much to look at. A photo to return to again and again.

Sometimes it's best not to say anything at all when confronted with the perfect image perfectly executed. This is an amazing candid look at an every day act in an everyday setting. Wonderful. Well done. If it were up to this viewer, it would be a ribbon winner for sure.

A tighter vertical crop, removing a lot of the clutter on either side leaving just the person and the newspaper, would have been more interesting.
