 This is my son Matthew captured at a local farm center where they have a meet the rabbits and their friends session. It was very interesting to observe just how clam all the children seemed to be with the Guinea Pigs compared to the other animals. When it was Matthews turn, true to form he became very calm, still and tender. I think it is fair to say that normally, Matthew would not be still or quiet for this long unless he was asleep :)

I love the photo, I think it captures our son perfectly and is a true candid capture. Who knows what the voters will make of it!

Very little post processing other than the B&W conversion and some levels and contrast tweaking.

Another image that on first pass failed to over whelmingly impress, but on comment review, the image is simple outstanding. A pure, simple and elegant candid moment perfectly framed and captured. A complete technical and artistic success, one cannot sufficiently express the pleasure of viewing this excellant composition. While the competition for top honors is probably going to be stiff, this should place well within the top five and is a sure blue ribbon contender. Rerated from a 9 to a 10. Well done.

I really enjoy the clarity of the photograph. The subjects give the photograph a special feel to the concept, "calm". The interaction is fantastic. Great Job!
