Not a ribbon material, I agree, but <4.0 score is wrong.
There is no requirement that pics should not be grainy.... I don't understand voters sometimes.
Meets challenge, is artsy imo, so I would have scored it (if I were voting on this one) prolly 8.

| Sure is grainie and lack of clear focus, maybe that was your intent, but hurts the subject matter in my opinion. |

| Another unique and different look at a gesture that is not quite right. Very clever. The grain just enhances the rather unusual look in a humorous way. |
