This little girl is really lovely and beautiful, but with a bit of baby powder (to make her face white), a bit of lipstick (she applied it herself)and an ability to pull a wicked face, she makes a great deamon child.

I used Photoshop to edit the photo. I copied the image into another layer then applied a gausian blur to the bottom layer and erased most of the background from the top layer. I adjusted hue/saturation, color balance, and levels to both layers. I put on a layer mask and enhanced the lip color. I used the burn tool to darken some distracting light areas in the background. I cropped the image and added a border and resized it and saved it for web.

One of my challenge favorites, except for the frame. I'm glad she is holding a doll (rather than a knife or something), though I think an older doll might have worked better. Still, interesting accident how the 'V' her fingers make mirror the 'V' of the doll's eyebrows! Btw, I thought this was one of the "too" children ( timfythetoo or aimeethetoo).

This might be the scariest photo of the challenge. Well done.

Oh dear... see, this is what happens to little girls who wish dearly for a Ballerina Barbie, but instead, end up with a Sailor Scout... She'll never forgive you for this, and quite rightly too.

Love the soft colours, focus, angle of view and naturally, the devilish expression on your young model ;) Well done capturing this moment!

I think I know who this is, but I'm giving you a 7 for being truly scary, or at least creepy.

well, the doll kinda ruins it for me, but the face is perfectly creepy. so is the dress, oddly enough.

Love the treatment on this shot. I suppose a devilish child is a nightmare :-)

Sometimes it's better not to comment and just vote. Well done.
