 What a pleasant surprise. A PB on such a quick shot. MY time was limited even on a 24 hr challenge. Only took 16 shots to get this. I didn't even finish editing like the way I wanted. Had to throw in an aquarium fairly hard as they were pretty light and they didn't want to create any nice streams. Inverted and adjust colour. I wish I had more time for this shot as I would have liked to get it clearer. I had it prefocused to the area but had shallow DOF with f4 to increase shutter. As Teafran says, would have liked it sharper. The thought was there, the time wasn't!

An artistic success, it's less than successful in a technical sense. The lighting isn't over done creating blooms, but it's not a sharp as it should be - if the image was crisp, it would be an excellant entry. Perhaps a different background with a slightly different angle would have helped and/or a preset focus or longer focal length would have helped. A little more thought would have brought the rating higher.

Nice green study. The colors of the water, the tacks, and the background really make this pop. Great lighting.
