it would be better if you sharpened it a bit clearer. but other than that great image!

More a image of lighting than a creative use of lighting. It's hard to rate this because of it's nature. It might have been a better approach to find a subject and then use the lighting to create the image rather than of the light itself.

Why did you crop out the top of the fall? I should be in, IMHO.
