I actually took this photo with only about an hour or two left till dthe deadline. i decided t oenter a b/w photo of this flower on because i couldn't get the coloring on the petals to my likening, the petals are a really bight shade of pink and were a bit over powering for this photo. im very pleased with the outcome in the b/w tho and happy to have new one in the porfolio. Deffinitly one of my personal faveorites that ive done lately. thanks for all the comments and votes! ;)

An excellant conversion to grayscale with good detail and DOF control - it presents as a graphite pencil drawing which is difficult to produce. A worthy entry and a top contender.
