| Love those fungi on trees; I often stop to take a closer look at their patterns. Shot seems a little soft on the fungi and might benefit from a contrast boost. |

| An interesting 3D effect and subtle color make this a solid entry into the challenge. What the subject has in shapes, textures and colors, lacks just something to create some interest. |
