| Wow I really thought this would be at a minimum in the third position. At least it's still on the front page. I see a few comments about not having the guy in the shot but that was exactly what made it a top pick for me. Even after going through and making comments on all the shots in the challenge this one stayed the one on top. In my book none other came close. Well done!! |

| The winner so far. Temporary rating of 5 for sorting purposes only. After looking through all the photos in this challenge this one has the blue from me. 10! Back to add it to favorites. You're my only 10 because my top pick gets 10 my second gets 9 and my third gets 8. All the rest are 7 and under. This one has to be the blue for the challenge. Where is this anyway? |

| this is an amazing place...it definably shows texture...BUT it is dull in colors...I really think they should be "popping" more...did you do curves/levels? Even a "little" more saturation...IMO :) |

| i love the texture in this photo i just wish the person at the bottom of the shot was not there i think it takes away from the texture as a whole |

| This would have been perfect if only the hiker were absent from the scene. The hiker adds nothing to the soft glow of the image and draws the eye away from the gentle curves with their subtle shades of color. Very unfortunate. |

| I really like the looks of this. When I scrolled down to see the title and vote, I was surprised to see someone standing in the photo (I thought it was a macro of something). While the person gives the perspective of how big this really is, I like it better with out him in it. |

| The pix is more dramatic with out the person at the bottom--just my opinion. |
