 Not too much to say about this photo..

One flash is bouncing off of my home theatre screen as the background, and the other is going through a shoot-through umbrella just to the front and right of the subject. Some of the background flash is actually hitting the left of the subject, which I really like.

I cropped this very close to make it look more like a Stock Photo.. It's a very un-DPC kind of crop, so I might get stung for it. We'll see!

Interesting shot. Nothing over-appealing but it's sharp, the lighting works and the image would work as a stock.

Crisp and sharp imparts a sense of healthy exercise, purpose and style. A solid image. Perhaps a better background would have enhanced the overall effect, but the flat white works as well. Good color control with no blooming. A nice effort to convey the subject matter of the challenge - fitness.
